My name is Britney Ortiz, and I am the owner and founder of House Boss Property Management LLC, a minority-owned and family-operated business based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. After working in real estate for over eight years as a licensed Realtor®️, I saw firsthand the need for reliable, transparent, and community-centered property management in our city.

In 2023, I took a leap of faith and started House Boss Property Management from my home office. What began with just one managed unit in Milwaukee’s Harambee neighborhood has grown to nearly 100 units across the city in just two years. Our growth has been driven by our dedication to professionalism, integrity, and care for both property owners and tenants.
